Forgiveness

Most of us have heard about “forgiveness” all our lives – that we should forgive people we feel resentments toward.  Yet, while we have often been told to forgive others, few of us have had an effective means to accomplish this.  Now there is a powerful technique to achieve forgiveness.

Forgiveness Heals combines spoken words with gentle, harp music, to help us release the resentments we have toward one person at a time.  It’s based upon the chapter, “Freedom from Bondage” in the book, Alcoholics Anonymous, published by the famous organization of the same name.

Alcoholics Anonymous is an international fellowship of men and women who have had a drinking problem. It is nonprofessional, self-supporting, multiracial, apolitical, and available almost everywhere. There are no age or education requirements.  Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about his or her drinking problem.  Visit  www.AA.org  for more information.

While this website was inspired by and is dedicated to Alcoholics Anonymous, it is not sponsored by or affiliated with that excellent organization.  Use of
Forgiveness Heals is completely free, and no money is requested or accepted for using it.

If
Forgiveness Heals has been helpful to you, please tell other people about it – and about Alcoholics Anonymous as well.

We wish you much success using
Forgiveness Heals.  Remember, when you forgive others, you forgive yourself as well.
